CN Wizards on 120dpi windows char set

Hi i am using and developing application to a windows platform using 120 dpi font size.
My ide, of course, and all my development enviroment works by this window's font size.
Is there a way to get a compilation of cnwizard for this interface?

Support this request, posted as Issue here. For now the problem could be solved by manual compiling after commenting out just one line.
