Code Preview Window

What is this? I found this in the RMB menu in the editor window.
When I activate the menu point, nothing happens?

Thanks for your attention.

If this option checked, when mouse cursor is on the vertical scroll bar of IDE Editor window, a Code Preview Window will appear. Its content is calculated by the position of current file.

ahh.
And I thought this is the code preview when I'm on a function call.. This would be a real boost.. I love Eclipse for this feature..

Weird: when I add a link to a post, it returns with an error "Account or IP is not allowed to post"..

I'm sure there are opensource examples available (from eclipse?). I don't know anything about Pascal as I would prefer it for C++ only.
