yep, I asked that already - is it posiible to make the dialog of the procedure list non-modale?

If non-modal, it seems equals to the procedure list toolbar at the top of editor window?

Hello Passion,

yep, but I want to have an overview of all procedures, especially for navigation. Therefore the dialog is much better usable.
Concernig the procedure list toolbar - is there a way to define hotkeys for the Class and Procedure/Function List?

I still prefer to keep it in current modal dialog for non-modal needs refreshing in time, which maybe brings poor performance, especially co-works with source highlight and input helper features.

Hello Passion,

auto-refreshing could be optional (time based, configurable every xy seconds) and manual refreshing triggered by a shortcut. Worth a try, really.
