编译时，如何引用Designide

我想编译一下用于设计期的Delphi 的IDE扩展插件。
插件是Dll的，需要引用ToolsAPI。但是编译不过去。
请问如何设置呢

可以参考CnWizards工程文件中所requrie的dcp包列表。
