添加使用外部编辑器功能

经过一天的学习,终于实现了使用外部编辑器的功能, 源码版本CnWizards 1.0.7.754 源代码（包括 CnVcl 组件包内测版） <br />

附件中为修改的源码和编译过的扩展DLL??基于DelphiXe8 <br />

感谢您的辛勤劳动。事实上编辑器右键菜单可能有各种其他的需求我们无法一一满足，同时并非所有其他用户都能像您这样自己钻研成功实现，因此我们打算将其开放出来，允许用户编写Pascal脚本来动态给编辑器右键菜单添加功能。我们下一每日构建版本将集成此功能以及示例的脚本代码。

756版本可供下载测试，相关Demo在PSDemo目录下的EditorMenu.pas中，需要将其加入脚本库并设置启动运行。这样启动IDE后，编辑器菜单下就会多出脚本指定的菜单项。
