TCnAAScrollText 2009下 有问题

TCnAAScrollText，我用的文件最后更新：2007.12.29，不知道有无新版,
在设计时，TCnAAScrollText会导致 delphi2009 cpu使用率占到90%以上,将ScrollTimer由TCnTimer改为TTimer才正常，可能是TCnTimer某处算法不合理,没时间检查，请老大会诊
