bcb 水波纹使用

我想在BCB6.0下调用cnwater，\cnpack\Source\Graphics\CnWaterImage , 应该在include path 或是 library path等其他位置 如何设置呢？
就是我想根据一些条件画出水波纹的效果，应该怎样做才可以？
