XMLDOC/JAVADOC都存在

就是///func 或{*的时候
如果后面的函数是如下形式，会缺少丢失参数
{*------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  @param aParam3
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------}
function DoSomeThing(aParam1,aParam2,aParam3:integer):byte;
