CnDebug 的 Bug 和其他改进

Bug 我没作修改
  Bug LogMemDump ， LogComponentWithTag  没有使用 NDEBUG 和其他不统一
   TraceMemDump 没有使用 NDEBUG 和其他不统

改进
1 ：不同的线程使用不同的颜色显示
2 ：线程的表示可以使用友好显示，而不单单是数字
         比如使用线程类的名称
3 ：可以发送图片
         因为 CnDebug 本身的原因图片是通过一个双方共享的临时文件传递的

另外，因为改动的时候，写得很快，因此代码很粗糟，请见谅

新功能我们也会研究一下，合适的话将合并入CnPack代码中。
