多国语控件CnLangTranslator，双击怎么是英文版？

用TOCHS.bat,然后编译安装了组建，但使用是双击CnLangTranslator，依旧是英文的，怎么回事啊？

手工跑一下这个批处理文件，看看里头的copy命令有无执行成功？
