#1 Delphi 12.1 loading List Index Out of Bounds error
The error comes when starting delphi 12.1

"List index out of bounds (-1). TList<DebuggerMgr.TLinearVisualizerItem> is empty"

Then CnWizards is not available in Delphi 12.1

uninstalling and reinstalling fixed it
