#1 Delay problem in Code Input Helper
Hello!

There is a problem with popup delay in Code Input Helper.
I have set "Delay before Popup" option to [b]0.1s[/b], but in fact it takes much longer in some cases.

For example, if you have a code like this:

[code]procedure SomeProc;
begin

end;[/code]

and you start to type something between [i]begin[/i] and [i]end[/i], then popup window will appear within about [b]0.5-1s[/b].

But if you have a code like this:

[code]procedure SomeProc;
begin
Application.
end;[/co ..
