#1 [REQ] () and [] completion and inline var declaration

hello,
the requested feature is very simple but very usefull too,

when you type [b]([/b] the editor auto places a [b])[/b] after and a [b];[/b] if nothing after the [b]([/b]
for the [b][][/b] the same but with not[b] ;[/b]



another great feature will be the inline var declaration,

inside of you code when you type
"[b]var varname : vartype[/b]" and then Enter is pressed the variable declaration is placed on correct place and this code replaced by the [b]varname[/b]
