#1 Uses Cleaner wizard - cannot detect initialization section having being-end
If a [b]initialization [/b]section code is encapsulated with in [b]begin-end[/b] block; then the Uses Cleaner wizard is unable to detect the initialization section.
It selects this unit for cleaning even-though the options "[i]Skip Used Units including Initialization Part[/i]" is checked.
