#1 Changing Menus, especially Menu Hotkeys
Hello,

in the directory \Lang are the files for the Menus. I want to assign Menu Hotkeys, that means adding the '&' where I need one. I hope that's possible. My main question is when these files are read - only during the launch of the IDE? When yes, is it possible to trigger that in any way manually?
