#1 Propose a new function
New function for lookup the form's shortcut key.

Example:
The form have a button:
btnAdd.Caption := '&Add';

Have a Label and a Edit:
lblTitle.Caption := '&Title';
edtTitle.Text := '';

The new function can found current screen of this form use A/T shortcut key.

Because shortcut key can use in display only, So the new function need to process some control. e.g.:TPageControl
