Description:
FullScreen mode loses focus when switching monitor and often prevents the form view, it is necessary to switch to normal mode and full screen again to work.

I disabled the Embedded Designer option in
Options | Environment Options | Form Designer | Embedded designer

Bug Details:
  Can Recur with a Probability of 100%.
  The Bug can be Reproduced on Different Machines.

Steps:
1. Run RAD Studio 101_BERLIN from Start Menu.
2. Disabled the Embedded Designer option.
3. Switch Code Editor in FullScreen mode.
4. A Blank Project Created.
5. Click any other application on the secondary monitor.
6. Open a form.

Settings:
  OS: Windows 10.0 (Build 0)
  CnWizards: CnWizards_D101B.dll Ver: 1.1.1.849 Build 2016.08.15
  IDE: ideD101B
  ComCtl32: 5.82.14393.0
