在D2006下新开一个工程，加一个按钮，双击按钮打几行代码，不切换到窗体显示，菜单 File->Close All
就出现如下图的错误，还有经常在工程下切换view也会出现同样的错误，有时这个错误一直不能清掉，只能重启delphi,
出错行在 CnControlHook.pas内的 FOldWndProc(Message);
