启动delphi2007时提示读不了rtl100.bpl
我装的是CnWizards_0.8.2.304_Unstable.exe，在启动delphi2007时，
弹出一个提示窗口，提示内容： Access violation at address 200079D4 in module 'rtl100.bpl'.
Read of address 00000000.
不知是什么原因引起的，麻烦各位兄弟帮帮小弟，谢谢

这个问题我机器上也曾出现过，原因未知，卸掉CnWizards后，问题仍在。我后来利用WinXP的还原功能，还原到先前的状态后，Delphi2007启动后不再出现这个提示。再装CnWizards_0.8.2.303_Unstable.exe也没有再重现问题。

我第一次也碰到这个问题，后来删除了CnPack和DelphiSpeedUp！
再重新安装CnWizards_0.8.2.306_Unstable ，问题就没有了，也不知道是什么问题，呵呵。

可能是DelphiSpeedUp用的FastCode和CnWizards中的fastcode优化专家的冲突。
