about CnWizLoader.dll

Is this for AI use?
If yes I don't wana use AI (share your code free, but they sell it :) this is so clever AI :)  ), so I don't need load this file on startup IDE. It has a error popup.
I disable it via CnManageWiz.exe and my IDE run normal.
This can be optinal.

CnWizLoader is a simple DLL to Load our CnWizards_*.DLL for different Delphi versions.

It contains no AI, but AI is in CnWizards_*.DLL
