IDE splash screen broken

Hello,
build 1200 & 1201 not sure (1199) IDE (12.1) splash screen been white, I think parent of loaded icons& name component's owner change some property.
On added screenshot, gray area is windows desktop.
And I tested, if I remove cnWizard, IDE splash screen is normal, then reactive cnWizard splash screen is broken

It's our wintoproller wizard problem, will fixed at 1202.
