Long times building and compilation

It's useless for me because:
          Delphi 10.4      CnPack
building ~ 40 sec      2 min> 40 sec
compile   <10 sec        > 40 sec
The times gradually lengthen until Delphi freezes / crashes

I use:
EurekaLog !!!
MMX

I experimented. I uninstalled MMX. I found out that it was installed twice. He cleaned the registers
Everything is tested for 32 b, degug mode

Pure Delphi 10.4.1.
Build 25; 28.5; 30 sec
Compile 9 sec
Run 5 sec

CnPack
Build 53; 58 sec
Compile 32; 30 sec
Run < 10 sec

+ MMX
Build 35; 42; 45.5; 47.8 sec
Compile 10; 11.5 sec
Run < 10 sec

I am struck by the ever-increasing time of building. You can do it with these times.
At first glance, it seems that moving and copying text by dragging the mouse works. It didn't work before.
I will test it and post any issues in this forum.
