建议增加Delphi函数详解速查功能块

网络上大量的存在函数的详解，将其整合到工具包中，用非常快捷方式，或者直接一个浮动面板提供搜索，或者当用户在某个保留字、保留函数名上按快捷键的时候，就提示相关信息，这样会很方便。
