Decodebase64好像有错误
我用encodebase64对indata编码 再用 base64decode解码为out.data 两个相差一个字节。

用cnbase64对in.data 编码，再解码出来 的文件比in.data差了一个字节，可以参见out.data

CnBase64的代码中所提供的函数并不直接操作文件，因此文件内容看不出来问题，烦请贴上您调用并且保存文件的具体代码？
