My net is very fast. I am from Bulgaria and our country have the most fast internet of all EU countries. Check statistics if you do not believe me.
If I open very slow this page, how other countries from EU will opened? ;(

My speed is ~5MB/s download speed from international tragic.

We know this problem but difficult to do more about it. We only also publish our code and Installer to google code for downloading. http://cnpack.googlecode.com/
