Why is not enabled if dfm is Read only with Microsoft Source control?
If Cnpack is not install it is enabled.

Under Delphi 6? Seems it caused Delphi itself? We tried to Disable CnWizards and problem still exists.

Yes! This is delphi bug. Latex version XE have the same bug.
