delphi code 页面下不显示错误提示

delphi code 页面下不显示错误提示
例如：要对ini文件操作，如果没有引用inifiles单元文件，则对ini文件的操作如：reading,writing等操作就会有红色下划线，并且在structure面板提示错误
现在则没有任何提示了

我的环境win7 ,cnpack,raize,ehlib,delphi 2010
以前还有提示，不知什么时候开始没有了
