Problem with editor toolbar

I add 'Build File' button to my editor toolbar. Now when I open header file(can't be compiled) this button disappear. Then when I open source file button is invisible. Only when I compile unit this button is visible. Is there any chance to activate this button when source file is open?

The second problem is:
After install latest version(stable) of CnWizards and compile project sometimes my editor in IDE is sign but not always. When I expad Project menu the last position (project option) is sing to.

I dont use  previous version fo CnWizards.
I use c++builder 2009 with update4.
