FieldsEditor replacement

For years I've been wanting a new fields editor... Long ago I tried to enhance over DSDesign source but it was too much for my skill... There was some property editor to replace Borland's own, but it was long ago and it was paid, no source. Does anyone know of some freeware which does this? or a plan in this pack to include such thing?

I would love to just choose how the dropped fields are treated (with CNWizards I can at least rename them to a certain prefix), like alignment, label position, sizing etc.
