Components' names on forms in design-time. How to?

Hi!

I've reinstalled Windows and reinstalled CW also, so I lost possibility to show names of components placed on my forms. It was very useful feature :(
Could you help me to switch it on again? Or that was not CW ability?

In Delphi main menu
Tools / Options
  VCL Options
    (right up) Options
     [ ]Show compenent captions

this is in Delphi 2007
