[Suggestion] Fix Line Breaks

One frustration that has plagued Delphi developers is the problems caused when a source file has incorrectly formatted line-end characters. The Delphi editor expects a CR/LF pair (two characters) at the end of each line, but some programs and operating systems only use one. When a source file has been manipulated by such a program, the line returns can become corrupted, causing significant problems in debugging and, in some cases, compilation.
Furthermore, the feature "Code Structure Highlight and Lines" of cnWizards not work correctly when there are incorrects characters LR/CR at the end of lines!
