Scripting, help please !!

Hello

I need include a flexible 'if' in .exe. Each time may be different in runtime.
Something like this:

   if a = 5 and (b = 3 or c = 7) then result;

   if a = 7 or (b = 1 and c = 7 and d = 9) then result;

   etc.

Can anyone give me a small example of this.
